The Atlantech^® Rotary Drum Strainer is a well-proven technology for liquid/solids separation. The Atlantech^® Rotary Drum Strainer is a cross between Atlantech's drum filter and the static sieve filter. Waste water flows over the surface of a rotating drum allowing water to pass through the drum while collecting solids on the surface of the drum. The solids are then sloughed off at the back end of the drum where they are directed to solids containment.

The screening technology employs a unique stainless steel vee wire construction that facilitates liquid/solids separation while minimizing "blinding".

The Atlantech^® Rotary Drum Strainer is best suited for the separation of large solids from water with high flow rates.

The all stainless steel material and durable construction make this type of strainer an ideal choice where rugged environmental conditions are prevalent.
