Static Sieve Screens

A proven technology designed for the removal of large solids. The Atlantech^® Static Sieve's rugged construction, simple design and lack of moving parts, makes this filter an ideal choice for removing material that may damage a more conventional filter.

The Atlantech^® Static Sieve's unique stainless steel vee-wire screen panel rapidly strips liquid from solids. The screen structure maximizes solids capture while minimizing clogging. Captured and de-watered solids move off the screen panel by gravity for collection and disposal

Features:

• Flow capacities between 200 US gpm (757 lpm) and 3,000 US gpm (11,355 lpm);
• Sieve screen openings available between 30 um and 3000 um;
• Corrosion resistant construction: 304 SS (freshwater) or 316L SS (saltwater);
• Passive filtration method maximizes solids removal;
• No moving parts; and
• Self-cleaning.
